Color is never the only signal. Six fully-distinct hues aren't achievable under severe CVD — so
these modes improve the most important distinction (the risk scale), and the rest is carried by the
glyph-plus-word coding documented in Accessibility. Still exploratory:
the hexes here are a strong starting point to tune.
